Step 1
Sift flour into a bowl. Stir in sugar and make a well in the centre.

In a jug, whisk milk and egg together. Gradually whisk into dry ingredients until smooth. Set aside 20 mins.
Step 3
Heat a large frying pan on medium. Add a little butter. Add 1/3 cups of batter to pan. Cook 2-3 mins, until bubbles appear and break on surface. Turn and cook a further 1-2 mins. Stack and keep warm. Repeat to make 8.
Step 4
HOT PECAN SAUCE
In a saucepan, combine chocolate and cream. Stir over a low heat until chocolate melts. Mix pecans through.
Step 5
Serve pancakes topped with banana, extra pecans, a drizzle of sauce, and ice-cream.
