Method
Step 1
SPICED CRUMBLE TOPPING Place ingredients in a medium bowl. Rub mixture together to form coarse crumbs.
Step 2
Halve strawberries. Peel, core and coarsely chop apples. Combine apple, strawberries, vanilla, orange juice and maple syrup in a large bowl.
Step 3
Grease four 10cm (1½ cup capacity) ovenproof dishes; ensure the dishes will fit into the air fryer. Divide fruit mixture among dishes (fruit will reduce during cooking).
Step 4
Place dishes in a 7-litre air fryer basket. Air-fry on 180°C for 10 mins or until fruit is almost tender.
Step 5
Top fruit with crumble topping. Cover dishes with foil. Air-fry on 180°C for 10-15 mins or until crumble is golden and fruit is bubbling.
Step 6
Serve dusted with icing sugar and topped with ice-cream.
