The Voice top eight are revealed after a mass culling - here's who landed a spot in the semi-finals!
Which coach will come out victorious?
Team Jess - Jael Wena
Sixteen-year-old Jael Wena – who with her family was a Voice Generations Grand Finalist – decided she was ready to go it alone.
The coaches agreed, as her performance of the Whitney Houston x Clean Bandit version of How Will I Know turned all four chairs, earning the teenager a spot on Team Jess.
In the Battle Rounds, Jael lit up the Battle arena, securing a win over NSW artist Richard Tsunami after their epic duet of Michael Jackson's Thriller; effectively sending her through to the semi-finals.
Team Jess - Faith Sosene
After an emotional performance of Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion, dedicated to her mum who she takes care of every day, 24-year-old Faith moved all four judges.
Jess, in particular, was touched by the audition and gave the winning pitch to the singer, surprising Faith with the season's first battle pass.
"I'm really happy I can give back (to my mum) by showing her the compassion that she showed to me growing up," Faith said.
In the Battle Rounds, Faith's show-stopping performance of Aretha Franklin's Ain't No Way cemented her Semi-Final spot. Jess acknowledged: "It comes down to who I think fought harder just now, because that fight is what you need to win."
Team Rita - Lachie Gill
Melbourne P.E. teacher Lachie was bound for the AFL field before his passion for music usurped his career plans.
"As soon as I could walk I had a footy in my hand. I was one step away from my dream of playing footy at the highest level, but music started to take over," he revealed.
"Ultimately I had to choose. I love footy, but I love music even more."
The Battle Rounds saw Lachie and Robbie Dolan singing for their life. In a close contest, Lachie's raw and vulnerable performance of I Guess I'm In Love by Clinton Kane saw him victorious, as Rita admitted: "You were both spectacular up there, you both deserve to be on that stage."
Team Rita - Xanthe Campbell
Seventeen-year-old Xanthe Campbell from the ACT owned the stage with Billie Eilish's Happier Than Ever, immediately spinning Jess and Rita's chairs.
"Thank you! I knew I was waiting for something special and here you are," said Rita of Xanthe's explosive performance before welcoming her to the team.
In the Battle Rounds, Xanthe and Queensland's Liam Keates-Ryley took to the Battle arena with Don't Speak by No Doubt. Xanthe's "powerful" stage presence scored a win as she promised Rita: "You will not regret this. Thank you."
Team Keith - Lane Pittman
Lane Pittman from NSW chose to pay tribute to his late father in his Blind Audition by singing Luke Combs' Even Though I'm Leaving.
The coaches were floored by the 15 year old's moving performance, with Jess calling it a "magic moment." Lane ultimately chose Team Keith, becoming the eighth member of his team.
Team Guy - Jordan Tavita
An emotional performance of Michael Jackson's Man in the Mirror earned 23-year-old Jordan four chair turns, through he eventually chose to join Guy's team.
"This is going to be the first time that I'm going to be able to make a change... by just taking the first step," Jordan said in the lead up to his audience.
Team Keith - Thando Sikwila
Bringing her three-year-old daughter, Charlie, along for her audition, Melbourne singer-songwriter Thando Sikwila showcased her impressive pipes during a rendition of Chaka Khan's I'm Every Woman.
"There is nothing wrong with following your ambitions and still wanting to be a mum. It is possible to live your dreams," Thando said, adding that it was her daughter that "inspired" her to take the Voice stage.
"I think that whatever you do and wherever you go, it's going to be spectacular," Rita said her after the audition.
Team Guy - Cassidy Mackie
Victoria's Cassidy Mackie took Go West's hit, The King of Wishful Thinking, down tempo on the piano; instantly turning Jess, Guy and Rita's chairs and winning praise from Keith who had already completed his team.
"Everything about you is what makes me excited to be a coach," said Guy of the 26 year old's stunning performance. "I just adore you. You're fantastic."
Cassidy chose Team Guy, citing his musicality and longevity in the industry, officially rounding out the coach's team.
"Everybody is so diverse and has something to offer,' said Guy. "I've got artists that are realising they are good for the first time. That's an amazing thing to uncover."
