Celebrity Apprentice Australia 2022 is nearing the end, with only five remaining celebs vying to conquer the boardroom battlefield.

Our famous hopefuls have already won hundreds of thousands of dollars for their charities of choice, but the competition is heating up heading into the finale.

So far the stars have overcome many hurdles, blindsides, and challenging group dynamics all while trying to avoid the words “you’re fired” from Lord Alan Sugar.

In each episode the celebrities take on a business challenge in teams but as is the nature of reality TV, at least one must say goodbye by the episode’s end.

As the weeks unfold, TV WEEK is keeping up with the Celebrity Apprentice class of 2022, and here is our complete guide to who has left.

Jean Kittson

The comedian was fired after stepping up as project manager for a challenge where the teams had to cast and shoot a video for software company MYOB. But MYOB found their video storyline confusing, leaving Jean, Amy and Benji in the boardroom.

Ultimately, Lord Sugar found that Jean, as leader, was responsible for the team’s failure and sent Jean home. “It is with regret, Jean, that you’re fired,” he told her.

Bronte Campbell

The Olympic swimmer was fired after the celebs were tasked with creating a profitable pet photography studio.

Bronte and her teammates Ronnie and Darren lost and ended up in Lord Sugar’s boardroom. While facing the firing line, Ronnie targeted Bronte, successfully convincing Lord Sugar and his advisors that she was the weakest in Team Collaborate.

Turia Pitt

Turia was fired in the 12th episode after her team failed the social media challenge. The teams were tasked with writing, shooting and editing a short video in line with TikTok stars the Inspired Unemployed’s style.

However, Turia took over and produced an unfunny video that didn’t resonate with viewers. Amy, Benji and Turia landed themselves in the boardroom, but the motivation speaker was ultimately fired by Lord Sugar.

Beck Zemek (again)

After re-entering the competition following her first firing, Beck was ultimately let go for good in episode 11.

The teams had to execute a guerrilla marketing strategy for fast food behemoth Subway. However, Bronte, Ronnie and Beck wound up in the boardroom and Lord Sugar sent the MAFS star packing.

“Beck you came back from redemption. Since you came back you did up your game here but it’s clear to me you were weak in this task,” Lord Sugar told her.

Carla From Bankstown

Fan favourite Carla was sent home in an emotional boardroom meeting after her team, helmed by project manager Jean Kittson, failed in a task to deliver a hen’s boat party.

“I’m gone, I’m out… peace out. Don’t know why I got fired. Maybe some other people should have been fired besides me, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles,” Carla said as she left the show.

Will and Woody

The radio duo were fired in the ninth challenge after stepping up as project managers.

The teams were required to write a children’s book which they read out and performed to a live audience of kids. However, their concept wasn’t well received and they ended up in the boardroom with Ronnie and Turia.

Ultimately, the boys admitted they were to blame for their team’s failure and they were sent packing by Lord Sugar.

Samantha Jade

Sammy was fired in the seventh episode after her poor design work on her team’s intimates range ultimately lost them the challenge.

Project manager Beck Zemek strategically chose to bring back Sammy and Ronnie Caceres to the boardroom in the hope the singer was the obvious choice for Lord Sugar to fire. Her plan worked and Sammy was sent packing.

“I don’t know if I deserved to be fired — I definitely think that part of the reason we lost was because of me, but I don’t think it was just me. Then again, you have to fire one person,” she told Nine Entertainment of her firing.

Jarrod Scott

During the car boot sale challenge at Fairfield Markets, the contestants had to sell items from their own collections – and as usual, the team that made the most money were hailed the winners.

Perhaps Jarrod had an elimination wish because he didn’t contribute to the task and made excuses throughout the process – so Lord Sugar said bye.

“Trying to get a straight answer out of you is like trying to fight smoke,” said the billionaire. “And so, you’re fired!”

Vince Colosimo

During the show’s fifth challenge, the contestants recorded a live-to-air 60-second infomercial, and whoever produced the best infomercial won.

After a team reshuffle, Vince was Team Collaborate’s Project Manager with a new group of celebrities. But when Vince didn’t understand, the team only had one chance to record, and when he missed the on-air cue, things went wrong for the star.

“I’m just going to cut straight to the chase here, mate. You’re fired,” Lord Sugar pointed his finger at Vince.

Gamble Breaux

The celebs went on a scavenger hunt around Newtown in Sydney, and they were given ten items they needed to bargain for within a timeframe – the goal: the team that spends the least money wins.

Sadly, Gamble Breaux’s hustle fell short when she purchased the wrong tea set causing the team to lose the challenge.

Jodi Gordon

Jodi Gordon

Jodi was slammed for acting like a guest rather than an employee during a challenge that saw the group attempt to sell a wellness retreat experience, which resulted in her prompt firing.

After Lord Sugar chose her to go home over Turia Pitt, the actor told the cameras, “I’m sure that when anyone is in the Boardroom, they feel like they’re just personally attacked. I’m very much feeling that right now, I felt it last week as well,” Jodi told the cameras.

“I don’t think Lord Sugar has seen what I’ve got to offer. I don’t think that he made the right decision in firing me.”

Eloni Vunakece

After returning to the show for a shot at redemption, Eloni was fired for a second time by Lord Sugar. The former NRL player was deemed his team’s weakest link after they failed to sell enough inventory in their liquidation task.

However, Lord Sugar left Eloni with a parting gift to thank him for his hard work. He was given a cheque to donate to his chosen charity Headache Australia.

“It’s cool that even through failure I get to give back to something bigger than myself, which is why we’re all here,” Eloni said.

Beck Zemek

Beck Zemek

Former Married At First Sight star Beck was one of the more controversial contestants in her dating show series.

However her journey on Celebrity Apprentice was upturned when she was trying to organise a charity golf event, and her Project Manager Turia Pitt told Lord Sugar, “Beck was manipulative, condescending and patronising”.

“Beck, I don’t think that you are a very good team player,” Lord Sugar told her. “So therefore, Beck, you’re fired!”
