We know him best as Nasser from Married at First Sight, the eternal bachelor who struggled to get intimate with his TV wife, Gabrielle Bartlett.
Since MAFS stopped filming, the Bondi man of mystery has proved two things: he loves to keep people guessing, and he seems to have a pretty good sense of humour about his ranking as a reality TV celebrity.
Case in point, the 50-year-old personal trainer has started a tongue in cheek social media campaign, '#NasserNeedsVerifying', which is an attempt to get himself confirmed as a celebrity on Instagram - and he's going rogue!
"I can't believe I still haven't got my blue tick from Instagram," Nasser says in a new Instagram video.
He then reveals his plan to head to Instagram's office and confront the team.
"It's Nasser from Married at First Sight. I'm here for my blue tick," Nasser says into the company's intercom.
"Can I come up and get verified, please?"
After fighting his way through, Nasser's video reveals he was kicked out of the company's headquarters, without his blue tick.
"So I came to Instagram, and what happens? I still haven't got my blue tick and I've got kicked out. This is unacceptable. You haven't heard the end of me yet, Instagram," the reality star says to the camera.
Of course, the campaign is all in good fun and not to be taken too seriously.
It's not the first time Nasser has decided to have a bit of fun with fans. In June, the star posted a picture of himself and fellow MAFS' alum, 28-year-old Alycia Galbraith, implying that the pair were a new couple.
Nasser posted a series of pictures to his Instagram of the two of them looking very loved-up on Sydney's Northern Beaches captioning the snaps, "Size doesn't matter!! #LoveMyAlycia #PowerCouple #TheNewKimye #MAFS #MarriedAU #DateNight."
This was followed by a picture Nasser shared of him and Alycia with MAFS' Troy Delmege, Carly Bowyer and his "ex-wife" Gabrielle. The caption read, "Getting ready for the 87,215th re-coupling of the season #MAFS #MarriedAU #happybirthdaytroy."
And who knows, there may be a bit of truth in that 'joke'?
