If your eyebrows haven’t reached their peak height yet, you obviously haven’t tuned into the new season of Married at First Sight.

A show that pushes the boundaries to breaking point, if you do decide to tune in for the long haul you’ll be guaranteed a certified sh*t-storm of drama, questionable morals and more he-said-she-said blow outs than one can count.

But alongside the dinner party spats and date night meltdowns, you’ll find something else that’s added a rather alarming element to the series – the fashion.

Ah yes, what is MAFS without fashion faux-pas a-plenty?

Of course, this year’s participants are undeniably confident and bold in the choices they make and words they dare utter – but as for the clothes they wear? Well that’s a whole other ball game.

To lament the wild and weird wardrobes of the brides and grooms of the controversial show, we decided to wrap up its most dramatic, cringe-worthy and downright frightful style moments.

Keep scrolling and prepare your eyeballs – this isn’t one for the runway…

Hayley

And we can’t forget the dress that sparked one of the show’s biggest mysteries: Does Hayley have nipples? Yep, the body builder opted for a midnight blue dress that featured a rather, er, plunging neckline.

Hayley 2

But not to worry, Hayley cleared things up, taking to social media to write: “Watch the show, they pop out and you can see the start of one in the shot.” A very important revelation. We can now go on with our daily lives.

You might also notice another sneaky eyesore popping into the show’s wardrobe a little too much this season. Ah yes, the humble Hawaiian shirt. Brace yourselves, David was only the beginning…

Luke

Early in the piece, poor old Luke packed his bags, and took his wildly clashing outfit home when he was dropped by bride Poppy.

Mikey

The printed shirt is back! Our eyes! C’mon Mikey, you know better than this…

Ivan

Ivan is undeniably one of the season’s quirkier personalities, and that goes right back to his fashion sense. This full-blown seventies shirt and blazer combo was a little much for our liking.
