He was recently accused of staging paparazzi photos alongside Married At First Sight’s Sarah Roza, and it seems Michael Turnbull is up to his old tricks.

Woman’s Day can reveal the controversial Bachelor In Paradise contestant has set his sights on former Bachelor star Alex Nation, asking her to stage a paparazzi shoot in an alleged attempt to extend his 15 minutes of fame.

The 37-year-old privately messaged Alex, 26, on Instagram suggesting they grab a coffee – in front of the cameras. Perhaps he was hoping the “opportunity” would put them back in the limelight, especially considering widespread rumours the mum-of-one recently called it quits with her fiancee Maegan Luxa.

Despite Michael’s best efforts, Alex wasn’t interested, replying: “Thanks for the offer but I will decline this one… maybe I’ll see you around at some events and we can have a drink or something then.”

The messages can be seen in full in this week’s Woman’s Day.

Michael says he has no regrets from his time in paradise.

We can’t help but wonder what Michael’s secret girlfriend would think about this.

Last week, Woman’s Day revealed Michael struck up a friendship via Instagram with former First Dates contestant Tash Candyce.

When Woman’s Day contacted the Bachelor In Paradise star he acknowledged they were together after the show, but he insisted they had since parted ways.

Michael and Tash in happier times.

However, friends close to Tash tell us she and Michael are still in touch and they’re worried she’s set for further heartbreak, especially after they were snapped together in what looked like a heated argument last weekend.

Friends of Tash say they were wary
of Michael from the get-go, fearful the Queensland-based real estate agent wasn’t taking the romance as seriously
as he should after failing to go public with
the relationship.

“He told her he loves her but he wouldn’t acknowledge their relationship to anyone!” one friend tells Woman’s Day.

“We’re worried he’s stringing her along.
He says he wants to find love, but it seems
he’s more interested in fame than nurturing his relationships.”
