Man buys turtles from food market and releases them into wild

They’ve been given a second chance at life

Two sea turtles in Papua New Guinea have been given a second chance at life.

Arron Culling and his co-worker Mark found the turtles at a local food market and released them back to where they belong – the sea.

“Found these at the local market,” he wrote on Facebook.

“Got them for 50 bucks drove 5km up the road and let them go.”

These aren’t the first turtles that Culling and his co-worker have saved – they’ve already rescued 10 others.
