The 62-year-old father from California and his 11-year-old daughter walked hand-in-hand as family and friends watched on.
The tear-jerking ceremony, which took place in their backyard, was captured by photographer Lindsey Villatoro.
Villatoro posted the video footage on Vimeo called “Walk me down the Aisle Daddy”.
She managed to enlist wedding suppliers to donate Josie’s dress, the wedding cake, hair and makeup, flowers and catering.
“In 72 hours I managed to make one little girls with to have her Daddy attend her wedding come true,” Villatoro said in the video.
“Josie you will forever have a video of you and your dad walking you down the aisle to play at your wedding in years to come as if he was physically there,” Villatoro wrote.
