A recent set of studies has suggests that the key to living longer is in exercise.

Exercise keeps you looking good but can it also help you live longer?

The tentative answer is yes.

Almost any amount and type of physical activity may slow aging deep within our cells, and middle age may be a critical time to get the process rolling.

The report says that scientists agree that one of the best ways to determine how well the body’s cells are functioning is to measuring the length of the telomeres.

Shorter telomeres equate to shorter lives, and those people will longer telomeres tend to be people who exercise.
