It’s no secret that Nicole Kidman stays extremely fit. Now, the 55-year-old has shown just how buff she is on the cover of Perfect magazine.

Donning a cropped halter-neck and mini skirt, the actress displayed her toned arms for the shoot, which served to honour the star with its ‘Perfect Icon’ award.

Fans were immediately besotted with the magazine cover, flooding the actress with praise.

“Speechless,” one fan wrote.

“Her arms!!!!” penned another.

“I need to see her in a MAJOR Sci fi film now! 😍,” a third demanded.

This isn’t the first of Nicole’s covers that has sparked a public response.

In February this year, the Being The Ricardos actress divided opinion after appearing on Vanity Fair in a cropped grey bustier and matching mini-skirt, reminiscent of a school-girl outfit.

At the time, fans complained that the outfit was over sexualised and distracted from Nicole’s latest award nomination, while also questioning why a woman in her 50s needed to wear a school- girl outfit to sell magazines.

Others, meanwhile, heralded a woman’s autonomy when it comes to fashion, no matter their age.

The Bombshell star also recently took to the runway for a surprise appearance at Paris Couture Fashion Week for Demna Gvasalia’s Autumn Collection Balenciaga show.

The Oscar winning actress walked alongside Naomi Campbell, Kim Kardashian, Dua Lipa, Bella Hadid, and more.

Nicole donned a one-shoulder metallic silver dress with a lengthy train, long black opera gloves and sheer tights.

Keeping fit has always been a part of Nicole’s lifestyle. Growing up, she thought long-distance running was “normal” as she had a marathon-loving family, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The Australia actress is also a keen fan of yoga, family sports and spin class.

When it comes to her diet, the 55-year-old is a self-confessed foodie who is terrible in the kitchen, as per People magazine.

“I cook chicken for [my husband Keith Urban] and it’s always dry,” she said.

“I’m a much better person to cook for because I love food and I will eat almost anything.”

“Almost anything” when it comes to food is correct, with Nicole telling the Los Angeles Times in 2014 that she isn’t “that strict” with regards to her diet.

“I pretty much eat anything, but all in moderation.”

And, of course, the Australian-born does have an Aussie palette, enjoying Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns, lobster, and mud crab, as well as a “sausage sizzle”, as per Food & Wine magazine in 2017.
