I fit a five-minute ab routine into any exercise I do.
I go by the 80/20 rule. I eat healthy when I can, so when I'm tempted by something I love, I can go for it.
It was important to share that because I don't want girls to have unrealistic expectations. I want to be a positive role model for the younger generation. I've gone through some really low points, but that's how I've got to where I am today. There are good days and bad.
