There’s something about Steph Claire Smith.

At 24, she’s got more than 1.3 million Instagram followers, she’s an ambassador for Adidas and Clinique, has her own fitness program, Keep It Cleaner – and she’s got the best abs we’ve ever seen.

OK! grills the beauty about her incredible bod and dealing with insecurities (yes, she has them, too!).

What’s your current fave workout?

Boxing! I’ve been doing it for the last year.

It makes me feel strong and makes me sweat like nothing else.

What’s the secret to your flawless tum?

I fit a five-minute ab routine into any exercise I do.

And even when I’m not doing a workout, I’ll somehow fit a plank into my day.

Do you have cheat days or take time off?

I go by the 80/20 rule. I eat healthy when I can, so when I’m tempted by something I love, I can go for it.

You have to listen to your body. I work out six days and always have a rest day.

You recently shared your own personal body image struggles. What made you want to tell your story?

It was important to share that because I don’t want girls to have unrealistic expectations. I want to be a positive role model for the younger generation. I’ve gone through some really low points, but that’s how I’ve got to where I am today. There are good days and bad.

I’m never going to be perfect and that’s OK because no-one is. I know I’m healthy, and that makes me happy. Before a big shoot, I’ll train a little harder and change my diet to more of the 90/10 rule.
