Elsa Pataky reveals the secrets to her rockin’ bod

The beautiful blonde spills the beans on her fit-spirational lifestyle - and we're taking note.
Elsa Pataky

She’s the woman with it all; three stunning little ones, Hollywood hunk husband (hello, Chris Hemsworth…), picturesque Byron Bay home, and the beauty and talent to boot.

But the one aspect that leaves fans of Elsa Pataky green-as-her-green-juice with envy is her undoubtedly enviable figure.

Speaking candidly to OK! Magazine, the Spanish actress revealed the morning concoction that keeps her figure trim and toned throughout her busy lifestyle.

“An apple, a carrot, some celery with the green leaves, a lemon without the peel,” the 40-year-old confessed, listing the ingredients of her’s and Chris’ favourite green juice.

“Once it’s done, you add a few teaspoons of olive oil, she continued, adding: “Super good.”

Elsa doesn’t just rely on her clean diet when it comes to maintaining her taught physique after welcoming three kids, daughter India, four, and twin boys Tristan and Sasha, two.

The 40-year-old also relies on her tailor-made exercise routine by personal trainer Fernando Sartorius, who revealed to the glossy magazine that he and Elsa incorporate a range of activities, from yoga and surfing, to boxing and circuit training.

The key, he says, is to try and visualise each muscle while performing a workout to really maximise the outcome.

While we all know too well that a lack of motivation can cause slip-ups when it comes to maintaining a workout regime, we suppose Elsa is able to stay so on top of things thanks to her husband’s continual need to maintain his burly look as he films Thor: Ragnarok.

Previously, Chris revealed his key to staying in shape for the physically challenging role, which he says involves very high-intensity boxing.

In a video posted to his Instagram account, the father-of-three shows off his impressive moves, all while explaining how the workout also brings clarity to his mind.

“Smashing the pads with @zocobodypro, nothing better than physical exertion to clear the mind,” he captioned the black and white clip.

“Any stress or thoughts from today, tomorrow, yesterday or years from now go out the window and you’re slammed into the present moment. Get moving everyone! Healthy body healthy mind #padsdonthitback.”
