MAFS’ Tamara Joy and Rhyce Power CONFIRM the status of their relationship

In case you missed it, Married at First Sight’s Tamara Joy and Rhyce Power sparked relationship rumours last week by getting cosy in a video and then appearing in a photograph together.

While, the said photo was pretty innocent, the video was a little different, with Rhyce going in for a kiss with the brunette beauty.

Of course fans of the hit show were very quick to scream “THEY’RE TOGETHER”…and now, the pair has come out to confirm the status of their relationship.

In what can be named the biggest publicity stunt since Rhyce’s sister Jessika, did, well, anything – the couple revealed that they were indeed just “friends”.

And seriously, can these people not?

“No, we are not a couple,” Rhyce said during a Q&A with fans. “We’re both single. We’re friends hanging out with each other in bed, watching movies.” (Watch in player above)

Hmm.. OK, but who does that?

Taking to her Instagram story last week, Tam shared a cosy picture with the 28-year-old while she holidayed in Bali.

In the photo, Tamara and Rhyce are staring into the camera – obviously thrilled by the chatter this caused between their combined 257k Insta followers.

This was made even more scandalous by the fact that Tamara’s “ex-husband” from the hit TV show, Dan Webb, cheated on Tam with Rhyce’s sister Jessika – and honestly, we are still lost.

Of course, Jessika had to weigh in on the story addressing the “rumours” after the photograph was taken.

“A lot of people want me to comment on this,” she said.

“My brother isn’t always the smartest but I trust his judgement and I don’t have any hate towards Tamara,” she added.

“They are two grown adults eating dinner. Move forward, guys, there is way more going on than some fake hate on a “reality” show.”

In March, Tamara debuted another possible new lover on Instagram.

According to multiple reports, Tamara’s new man was Instagram model Duccio Calamai – so we’re not really sure where he has disappeared to.
