Sam Neill is taking the helm in Binge’s newest Aussie-filmed drama, Apples Never Fall.
Based on Liane Moriarty’s New York Times bestselling novel, Apples Never Fall follows the picture-perfect Delaney family – where nothing is quite as it seems.
At the head of the family sit tennis coaches Stan and Joy, who have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to start what should be the golden years of their lives.
However, their plans to spend time with their four adult children are thrown in the air when a wounded young woman knocks on Joy and Stan’s door, bringing the excitement they’ve been missing.
But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children are forced to re-examine their parents’ so-called perfect marriage as their family’s darkest secrets begin to surface.

Who is in the cast of Apples Never Fall?
The new limited drama series stars Annette Bening and Sam Neill in the lead roles of Joy and Stan Delaney, respectively.
Joining them are Alison Brie, Jake Lacy, Conor Merrigan-Turner and Essie Randles as their children; Amy, Troy, Logan and Brooke.
Melanie Marnich (The OA, The Affair) serves as writer, showrunner and executive producer alongside David Heyman (Wonka, Barbie) as executive producer.

Apples Never Fall was filmed right here in Australia – on the Gold Coast, Queensland to be exact. Filming commenced in March 2023, as per Screen Queensland.
