The Rolling Stones frontman, Mick Jagger, was pictured getting cosy with mystery woman on a hotel balcony, hours before the band’s world tour concert in Zurich.
The revelation was quick to draw criticism from Scott’s sister Jan Shane, who accused Jagger of returning to his womanising ways.
However, friends of the musician have defended the romantic interlude as a coping mechanism.
“Of course Mick is still sad over L’Wren but he is working through it and trying to move on with his life,” a spokesperson told the Daily Star.
Scott and Jagger were together for 13 years before the fashion designer’s tragic death on March 17.
