The long, sad vigil continues for Lamar Odom since he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel earlier this week.
UPDATE Radar Online is reporting that Lamar has been ruled “clinically brain dead”.
“He has no brain activity,” a hospital insider tells the website, which claims multiple sources have confirmed the story.
Sources close to his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian say they were “expecting the worst”, with reports that the former NBA star, 35, has damage to his heart, lungs and kidneys.
Multiple outlets have said he suffered several strokes after “every drug imaginable” was found in his system.
Kris Jenner looked stricken as she visited Sunrise Hospital’s intensive-care unit, where Lamar Odom remains in intensive care.
When the news broke on Wednesday Australian time, Khloe, along with her mum Kris, sisters Kourtney and Kim, and brother Rob all rushed from their LA homes to Vegas to comfort Khloe.
TMZ reports that the rest of Kardashians returned to LA overnight, with heavily pregnant Kim needing medical attention.
Kim flew back to LA hours ago to attend a meeting with her pregnancy specialist.
Khloe has refused to leave Lamar’s side as he lies in a coma in a Las Vegas hospital, and while sources within the facility say he “squeezed her hand” yesterday, doctors have explained it could be an involuntary movement.
Despite the couple filing for divorce in July, it’s been revealed that due to a backlog in the California court system, a judge is yet to sign it off and the pair are technically still married.
This means that, as the days tick by without any sign of improvement, it’s likely Khloe will have to make the heartbreaking decision whether to switch off his life support.
As sources within the hospital grimly admit that “it’s not looking good”, Lamar’s ex-girlfriend Liza Morales and their two children, Destiny and Lamar Jr have now arrived in Las Vegas.

It’s been widely reported that Lamar had cocaine in his system, along with witnesses at the brothel claiming he took 10 herbal Viagra pills. He was last seen falling asleep around 6am Tuesday US time, and found at 3pm that day with “mucous coming out of his nose and mouth”.
It’s believed that Kris Jenner will return to Vegas to support her daughter this weekend.
