Although the 36-year-old still has a long road to recovery, in the snap he looks thrilled to be with his son and daughter Destiny, 17, who he shares with ex-partner Liza Morales.

Since Lamar was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel in October, he has been recovering at Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA. He suffered a series of strokes and was in a coma for several days.
And while his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian was told “he had four hours [left to live]”, Lamar has defied the odds and made a miraculous recovery.
However Khloe recently explained to Ryan Seacrest that getting the former athlete back to full health could “take a year – at least.”
Khloe has been by Lamar’s side throughout his recovery.
In fact, Lamar’s overdose has been so catastrophic to his health that a report by People claims he’ll need full time care when he leaves hospital.
Meanwhile it’s believed the Khloe and Lamar star recently took his first few steps without the aid of a walker.
