Radio presenter Fifi Box has long had the ability to bring a smile to Australians – be it on their car journey to work, or as she takes a guest spot on The Project.

But that’s not to say Fifi hasn’t had a smooth, all-smiles ride to where she is now.

She is currently a single mother to two sweet girls Beatrix “Trixie” Belle Box, seven and Daisy Belle Box, one, and while her family life is going well, her love life has been a whirlwind journey that has kept the public on their toes.

The trio is the ultimate family unit after Fifi welcomed second child Daisy through IVF in 2019.

While Fifi, 44, insists her love life is “just not that exciting”, behind-the-scenes it’s a different story.

Her greatest love has been with ex-iron man and the father of her first daughter, Grant Kenny.

Although Fifi and Grant, 57, are amicable, their relationship has not been the most straight forward of affairs.

When did Fifi Box and Grant Kenny date?

Fifi’s relationship with Grant Kenny is her most important to date, and although the two did not stay together, they have remained a big part of each other’s lives.

It was reported the two met in 2011 at a party in Hawaii, but rumours were swelling that they had been connected three years prior when in 2009, they were photographed by The Sunshine Coast Daily eating together in Mooloolaba.

Fifi Box and Grant Kenny have a baby

In 2012, Fifi fell pregnant with her first child, but she had been split up from Grant for a while before giving birth.

Fifi famously kept Trixie’s father’s identity private for years, but it had been one of the Australian media’s worst kept secrets.

However, in 2016 Fifi finally felt comfortable revealing that Grant Kenny is Trixie’s biological dad.

She decided to announce on her Instagram by posting a picture of her holding Trixie while she played peek-a-boo with Kenny.

The post took over the Australian media’s news cycle as the secret rumours and whispers were finally out in the open.

Fifi and Grant work well together as they co-parent Trixie as they both take an active part in her life.

In 2014, Grant shared his feelings about becoming a dad again with Woman’s Day, and he said, “I’m very happy.”

Russell Brand and Fifi Box’s public flirt fest

Over the years, famous comedian Russell brand has publicly flirted with Fifi during his appearances on The Project.

First, Russell announced on the show that Fifi was his “third favourite Australian” and compared her to Ned Kelly and tennis player Rod Laver.

Things got a little more heated when Russell came back on the show and offered to be the father of Fifi Box’s second child.

He turned to Fifi as she hosted the show to tell her, “For me, all things must come from a centre of truth, whether you’re doing this interview on The Project, or standup comedy, or making love to a fine looking woman in hope of a second child.”

Russell then showered Fifi with complements to highlight her wonderful qualities.

“Rattling off a string of her most endearing qualities he said: ‘That woman, Fifi Box, for me exemplifies all that is great about Australia – she is fun, she is frivolous, she is beautiful, full of life, clucky, can-do spirit, she’s unstoppable, I adore her,” he said.

The exchange went up a level when Fifi questioned Russell if he was still practising celibacy.

His cheeky response was quick-witted when he flirted back, “What time do you finish work?”

They may not have made it past the flirty stage many Australian’s were living for their fun exchange.

Inside Fifi relationship with Neighbors star Damien Richardson

Fifi seems to enjoy keeping an air of mystery around her relationships, despite most of Australia being in on the secret.

In 2016, Woman’s Day magazine broke the news that Fifi and Damien were dating after paparazzi pictures of them together emerged.

However, it wasn’t until a year later that Fifi confirmed the relationship in an interview with The Herald Sun.

She told the publication, “I am really happy at the moment and fortunately off the dating scene.

“I’ve learnt over the last decade, or so that life sweeps you up in a whirlwind, and you wonder where it is going.

“What I really appreciate at this time in my life is just being present and loving now.”

However, she made sure to clarify that her world belongs to Trixie, who will always be her priority.

“I am happy in my relationship, I am loving my job,” she said, before adding, “but more than anything my absolute priority is Trixie.”

“She is the love of my life and she is everything.”

The couple met when Fifi Box made an acting appearance alongside Damien on the soap Neighbours.

According to Woman’s Day, Grant Kenny attempted to win the radio host back before she came out with her new relationship with Damien.

Unfortunately, after an on-and-off relationship, in July of 2018, Fifi and Damien called it quits even though there had been chatter about the two walking down the aisle.

Fifi Box’s rumored mix up in The Block star’s Shaynna Blaze’s divorce

In 2018, New Idea reported that Fifi was caught up in The Block‘s Shaynna Blaze’s divorce from her personal trainer husband Steve Vaughan after she broke up with Damien.

An insider told the publication that even though her relationship with Steve was platonic, the two became closer as they lent on each other through their respective breakups.

The two met when Fifi hired Damien to be her personal trainer, and she posted many pictures of herself enduring one of his brutal workouts to her Instagram.

The source told New Idea, “Fifi and Steve have been great friends for some time, ever since he started training her last year.”

“They have a lot of laughs together and for the first time in a long time, workouts have been fun for Fifi – something to look forward to,” said the source.

Of course, this still remains speculation.

Does Fifi Box have a partner now?

As far as we can tell, no. Fifi Box is currently training and filming for her appearance on Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars edition, and since growing her family from two to three, it seems Fifi has too much on her plate to chase love.

Even though the public personality is single, her life is full of all the love anyone could ever need with her daughters Trixie and Daisy by her side.
