Who is Liam Hemsworth’s new rumoured girlfriend Maddison Brown?

While his ex Miley Cyrus is all loved-up with her new man Cody Simpson, Liam Hemsworth has officially moved on with an Aussie too!

The 29-year-old actor was spotted out and about in New York City with actress Maddison Brown, star of the TV series Dynasty.

Liam and Maddison were spotted holding hands and kissing as they walked around the Big Apple and also had a meal together in the city’s West Village.

While it may be early days, there’s definitely a spark there with a source telling PEOPLE magazine, “It’s very new. Liam is taking it slow but he’s definitely interested in her.”

Back in June, when she and her co-star Liz Gillies appeared on the Zach Sang Show, Maddison revealed during a cheeky game of F—, Marry or Kill that she would be “too insecure” to marry one of the Hemsworth brothers.

When she was made to choose between Liam and Chris Hemsworth, Margot Robbie and Hugh Jackman, the actress joked, “I would f— the Hemsworth brothers, but at the same time, both of them.”

“I couldn’t marry them. I’m too insecure. I would be like, ‘You’re too attractive. You are never allowed to leave the house.'”

Maddison’s US acting debut was in Dynasty as Kirby Anders, the daughter of Joseph Anders (Alan Dale) but despite only being 22 years-old, that’s not her first acting role.

She starred in the Aussie TV drama The Kettering Incident back in 2016 and also starred alongside Nicole Kidman and Hugo Weaving in Strangerland.

Speaking to Build Series SYD, she described the experience as wonderful and life-changing, adding that Nicole, who played her on-screen mum was very nurturing.

“I had my 17th birthday on set in Broken Hill and I remember saying to my mum coming home from shooting one day: ‘I finally understand what it’s like to go to work and come home and like what you do,’ so that’s when I was like seriously this is where I want to put my focus.”

Maddison has also been modelling since she was 12 years old and has appeared in publications including Vogue Australia and walked the runway for designers Calvin Klein and Miu Miu.

She’s a True Blue Aussie as well, with her Instagram feed full of beachy scenes, many of them taken in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

While Liam and Maddison are yet to make it official, back in August Liam informed his fans of his and ex-wife Miley Cyrus’ separation via Instagram.

“Hi all,” he captioned a picture of a sunset on Instagram. “Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward.

“This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love.”
