Emmys 2018: All the best moments from inside the ceremony

The 2018 Emmys red carpet is done and dusted and the shiny gongs have been handed out, but that won’t stop us from reliving all the action and glory from the star-studded event.

There were zingers from Saturday Night Live head writers, a surprise onstage proposal (she said yes!) and hosts Colin Jost and Michael Che provided the goods.

The biggest names in television gathered for the 70th Emmy Awards at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, and there was plenty to celebrate.

Bill Hader won Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his work in Barry, while his co-star Henry Winkler scooped Supporting Actor in Comedy for the same series.

Claire Foy took home the coveted Lead Actress in a Drama Series for The Crown, while Lead Actor in a Drama Series went to Matthew Rhys for The Americans.

Rachel Brosnahan won Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, while her co-star Alex Borstein landed Supporting Actress in Comedy for their roles in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Peter Dinklage swept Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Game of Thrones while Thandie Newton took home Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for Westworld.

Meanwhile, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel won Outstanding Comedy Series while Game of Thrones was named winner of Outstanding Drama Series.
