Stop right now and pinch yourself because just when you thought the Royal Wedding Mania had reached its peak, Mel B revealed not only are The Spice Girls all invited to the Royal Wedding… they’ll be performing.

No, you’re not dreaming.

Appearing on US talk show, “The Real” yesterday, Mel B had looked slightly flustered and even a bit nervous, when one of talk show hosts asked if she knew anyone who would be going to the Royal Wedding.

She nods briskly when asked if she’s going, confirming that she and all of the Spice Girls received an invite.

“I don’t know if I should have said that,” she says.

“Why am I so honest?”

Once the cat was out of the bag, there was no way the questioning was going to stop.

Watch the video above to see her reluctant confirmation that the Spice Girls are performing at the reception for the Royal Wedding.

“Let’s not talk about it anymore; lets pretend I never said that,” she urges the Real hosts after giving up and throwing her palm cards in the air.

There are no words for new level excitement we’re all feeling right now.

Get out your Union Jack dress because the Spice Girls are back, baby!

That’s right, over the weekend Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Geri Horner and Melanie Chisholm proved that girl power is still very much alive and well after they met up for “top secret” discussions about a 2018 reunion.

It marks the first time in six years all five Spice Girls have been together in the same room.

Sure, it might be a huge money-making scheme but as Mel C puts it: “we need the girl power message more now than ever.”

And according to The Sun, the girls have set their sights on the global event of the year.

A source close to the band tells the British publication that Geri Horner wants their comeback to be inherently British and is gunning for a slot at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

“Geri suggested the Royal Wedding is a fantastic opportunity, and that they should offer to perform at the reception,” an insider explained.

“She has been told that Meghan was a big fan of the Spice Girls. And the wedding fits in perfectly with Geri’s idea that the reunion should be very British.

“She sees it as a big part of their identity, and one they should keep.”

So far, no official comment has been made by the royals.
