Line two oven trays with baking paper. Slice 4 tortillas from a 250g packet mini tortillas into 1cm strips. Spray strips with olive oil.
Spread 6 remaining whole tortillas evenly with ½ cup sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle with 2 cups grated tasty cheese. Arrange strips on top to form bandages, trimming if needed.
Transfer to prepared trays. Cook in a 200°C preheated oven for 8-10 mins until golden and cheese has melted. Cool slightly.
Spoon ½ tsp sour cream onto each ‘mummy’ to form eyes. Place small pieces of black olive for pupils. Serve with chunky guac and extra sweet chilli sauce.
CHUNKY GUAC: In a bowl, roughly mash 2 avocados with a fork. Stir in 1 seeded, diced tomato, ½ small red onion, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander and 1 tbsp lime juice. Season with salt
and pepper.
