Former Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle has announced his girlfriend Emma McVey has given birth to the couple’s first child, a healthy baby boy.
The proud dad took to his social media accounts to announce the happy news.
The Hells Kitchen runner-up wrote, “WOW what a feeling no words can describe it meet our son.”
“He is perfect in every way and healthy weighing 6lbs 2 @emma_jane1392 is fine and did amazing… I am a dad can’t believe it… I cried I smiled I panicked but I will be there for him no matter what xxx.”
Meanwhile, the new mum shared, “No words can describe today, we are so in love with you little man and you’re absolutely perfect! Very healthy 6lbs2 with super long legs!”
A few weeks before giving birth, Emma posted a photo of herself showing off her cute little bump as she reached the nine month stage in her pregnancy last week.
Alongside the photo she penned, “#9monthspregnant hi little baba.”
Gaz, who found fame on the hit MTV show in 2011, shocked fans last year when he announced he was going to become a father for the first time.
Sharing a photo of himself with his arms around his girlfriend, Gaz revealed, “SO SO SO excited to eventually be able to tell you all this… I AM GOING TO BE A DAD… WE ARE HAVING A BABY… @Emmamcvey.”
He later shared a photo of a baby scan, a dummy and a pair of baby shoes.
The dad-to-be gushed, “Meet my baby wow that sounds so crazy……. can’t believe I am going to be a dad….. I am soooo excited ❤️.”
Last September, Gaz and Emma confirmed they were expecting a son.
Talking to OK! Gaz said, “It’s a boy, I can’t wait to have a little mate.”
The reality TV star mused about what he thought his son would be like, confessing, “I think he’ll be hyper! He’ll have lots of energy.”
Despite previously being known for his “party boy” antics, it looks like Gaz has settled down and ready to get started with parenthood.
The 29-year-old has left the cast of Geordie Shore and won’t be dropping by the brand new series.
Gaz has appeared on the British show since the reality show first began back in May 2011.
The TV personality has been in a number of relationships throughout his time on show, most publicly with his fellow co-star Charlotte Crosby.
After ending things with Charlotte, Gaz has been in a happy relationship with his girlfriend and model Emma since.
