He may be one of the most popular judges on MasterChef with a successful career in the hospitality industry to boot but at the core of it, Jock Zonfrillo is a proud family man at heart.

On Sunday, the celebrity chef took to Instagram to share a rare new photo of his five-month-old daughter Isla Generosa Zonfrillo – and we can’t believe how much she’s grown!

“For me Sundays are for family, sharing food being present & in the moment. I can’t believe Isla is already over 5 months,” the 44-year-old reflected of his youngest child and spending quality time with his family.

In the snap, Jock’s fourth child – who he welcomed in October last year with wife Lauren Fried – looks as cute as a button in a blue floral top.

But it was her wide-mouthed expression and captivating eyes that had us doing a double-take for her older brother Alfie with the duo bearing a striking family resemblance.

The Scottish-born star also posted a photo of his three-year-old son Alfie and mused of his four children growing up: “Alfie just turned 3, Sofia is 15 and my eldest @avazonfrillo turns 20 next month!

I feel like the luckiest man alive this morning. What are you doing today?”

This marks the second photo Jock has ever shared publicly of Isla – the first being when he announced her birth last November four weeks after her arrival.

“I haven’t been able to wipe the smile off my face for the last four weeks – our precious little Isla Generosa Zonfrillo, my fourth kiddo, came into our world,” he said at the time.

“I couldn’t ask for more – a healthy baby, happy siblings, and a rockstar wife. The Zonfrillo Clan have never been happier.”

Jock shares Alfie and Isla with wife Lauren, as well as two teenage daughters, Ava and Sophia, from previous relationships.

Since growing his family, Jock has admitted in the past he used to prioritise his career over his loved ones.

“I was a workaholic for most of my career. There was this weird thing in hospitality, that the harder you worked – like if you worked in a three Michelin star restaurant in London, 18 hours a day – it was a badge of honour,” he confessed to parenting podcast The Dad Kit.

“There’s no question my first marriage broke down because I worked too much. It’s a simple fact. It’s something that I regret in terms of the opportunity of feeling fatherhood for the first time. You don’t get that again.”

Now, the reality TV judge says he’s better at balancing his priorities

“If there’s one thing I’ve learned – it goes for parenting as well as everything else, but it’s more powerful in the parenting realm – it’s to be present. When I’m spending time with [my kids] I will give them 100 percent of my attention. I won’t be making bread on the side at the same time as feeding them breakfast or whatever.”
