Things may not have worked out for Zac and Leah on Home and Away but actor Charlie Clausen has some exciting news to celebrate.
The former soap star and his director wife Gemma Lee have welcomed a beautiful baby daughter, taking to Instagram to share their happy news.
Posting on his personal Instagram account, Charlie shared two sweet black and white pictures of their bundle of joy, the second featuring himself and Gemma.
And he also revealed the sweet name in the caption simply penning, "Introducing Iona Kennedy Lee Clausen," followed by a love heart emoji.
She's just gorgeous!
And of course his Home and Away family were quick to send their congratulations to the new dad.
"Congratulations guys. And welcome little Iona," Lynne McGranger commented on the post.
Cassie Howarth who played Lizzie Wilson on the show also commented: "Ahhhhh!!!!!!! So much love to all three of you!!!!!" followed by many kiss emojis.
Meanwhile Tai Hara, who played Andy Barrett simply commented with glee at the name choice penning: "Iona!! 💙 xx"
Charlie played the hunky Zac on Home and Away but left the show in 2017 to pursue his Hollywood acting career and also focus on his weekly podcast TOFOP, which he presents alongside comedian Wil Anderson.
"On one hand, I'm going to miss everybody, and on the other it felt like it was the right time to go," the actor said at the time.
"I was happy with the work I'd done − and the storyline wrapped up nicely."
Charlie, whose character Zac was married to Ada Nicodemou's Leah also revealed that he was going to miss his on-screen wife the most out of the cast.
"I'm really proud of what Ada and I did together," he told TV WEEK in 2017. "I loved working with her."
Following his departure from the show, Ada penned an emotional tribute alongside a photo from Zac and Leah's wedding.
"Last night we said goodbye to Zac 😞 I miss working with u everyday, miss your bad jokes and all the laughs we used to have," she wrote in the caption.
"Summer bay house isn't the same without your 'interesting' art. I don't see u everyday but you're always in my heart and you'll always be my friend. Good luck in the next venture @charlie_clausen."
