Love comes in all shapes and forms.
These five wacky couples aren’t afraid to shout about their love from the rooftops, even if it is a bit unusual.
Blood suckers
Polyamorous vampire couple Daley Catherine and Logan South enjoy drinking blood, hate the sunshine and are very kinky.
Every night the young married couple transform into the Vampire King and Queen of Austin, Texas, where they run a private members’ club for around 60 fellow bloodsuckers.
Those involved not only dress in gothic attire, but they conform to a vampire lifestyle, including drinking blood pricked from their fingertips and staying out of the sun to prevent illness.
While vampires are identified by their source of feeding – either blood, sex or energy – many use a combination of all three.
“Now, I only really need to feed from blood once a month and the rest of the time I feed from ambient energy in the room or from a crowd or from a donor I feel sexual energy from,” she explained.
“If you stop feeding for an extended period of time, you’re probably going to get sick.”
While the couple tied the knot in a $120,000 ceremony paying tribute to their quirky community last year, they still have a polyamorous relationship with Logan’s girlfriend Ilona, who shares their Texas ranch.
Ilona acts as Logan’s ‘submissive’ and is described as his ‘soulmate’, while Daley is his ‘twin flame’.
Pension Passion
He may have a baby face but Kyle Jones dates a string of pensioners more than three times his age and is in a long-term relationship with a 91-year-old great grandmother.
The 31-year-old from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has been in an open relationship with Marjorie McCool for the past five years and admits they have an active sex life.
“Often, the things women are so self-conscious about is what I’m in to,” he explained.
“I like neck lines and wrinkles. Women worry about their boobs sagging but I think the natural hang looks great.”
Kyle, a call centre worker, was just 18 when he embarked on a sexual relationship with a 50-year-old.
Marge had been single for 37 years before she met Kyle in the bookstore where she worked and he asked her on a date.
“The physical side of our relationship is wonderful,” she said. “I amaze myself, he amazes me. I wear sexy outfits to bed. I try and keep my bra on though because I don’t have much left.”
Kyle’s says he’s generally attracted to women aged between 60 and 80, with Marjorie an older exception, but he admits his relationships have a bleak future.
“Perhaps I would like to meet the right person and settle down, but I know they would die before me.”
Feeding fetish
Sid loved feeding his morbidly obese fiancé Monica Riley to help her gain weight.
Weighing a whopping 318kgs, Monica was well on the way to achieving her goal of being named the fattest women in the world.
The 29-year-old would gorge on 10,000 calories a day, including the hyper-fattening milkshakes administered through a funnel by her feeder fiancé.
She modelled on sites for “big beautiful women” and hoped to become so overweight she would be bed-bound.
“To see Monica getting bigger just makes me feel proud,” Sid said.
But their bizarre lifestyle changed dramatically when Monica, from Fort Worth, Texas, fell pregnant.
Terrified she would lose her baby, Monica overhauled her routine, switching to eating salads and walking every day, to drop to 235kgs.
Holding her baby girl Michelle in her arms, Monica insisted she would be bottle feeding rather than funnel feeding her.
While the couple doesn’t regret their past, they’re surprised by the backlash received from the Super-Sized Big Beautiful Women community, which criticises Monica for slimming down.
“Their ultimate goal was to see me immobile and now they couldn’t fulfil their fantasy anymore,” she said.
Robotic romps
Whacky couple David Hockey and fiancée Shawna are used to sharing their bed each night.
Some nights they invite Bianca in, others its Ruby, Carly or even Terry.
But these aren’t human dates – they are all part of their $50,000 collection of nine lifelike robotic sex robots.
And David, 63, from Nova Scotia, Canada, boasts their sex life couldn’t be any better.
“We use them to fulfil our fantasies,” he explained.
“I have never had a threesome with real people and I would worry there would be too much emotion. This is safe play without cheating.”
The retired TV producer started researching sex dolls in 2007 while making a documentary.
He has since built up a collection of dolls including a Japanese doll with two interchangeable heads, a Russian doll with heated private parts and an elf.
David admits his fetish was killing his chances of finding a real woman before he met Shawna on an online dating website.
Amazingly, the 50-year-old embraced his bedroom hobby wholeheartedly and couldn’t wait to get involved.
David was so thrilled he splashed out on a male silicone doll called Terry, who came complete with different penis sizes.
The happy couple have often been spotted taking the dolls on days out, skydiving and work trips.
What a joyride
Edward Smith has been busy man, bedding around 1000 lovers over the past 45 years – but only one of them was a woman.
The rest have been cars ranging from roaring Mustangs to luxury Jaguars.
The 62-year-old from Yelm, USA, is a self-confessed mechaphile, which means he’s sexually attracted to machines.
Edward was just a youngster when he started cuddling and kissing a model James Bond Aston Martin before he lost his virginity to a neighbour’s Volkswagen Beetle in his teens.
“Some guys look at boobs and bums on beautiful women,” he explained. “I look at the front and rear on beautiful cars.”
Along with automobiles, he also had a relationship with a helicopter and planes.
But his joyriding days are over now that Edward has committed to his long-term lover Vanilla, a second-hand white Volkswagen hatchback he bought 30 years ago.
“When I hold Vanilla in my arms there’s a powerful energy that comes from her,” he said. “If anything was to happen to her I would be more than heartbroken.”
While Edward has no doubt Vanilla is “the one”, they have an open relationship so Edward can still make love to his 1973 Opal GT named Cinnamon and a 1193 Ford Ranger named Splash.
