Teen forced to strip at knifepoint on Sydney train

The incident occurred between Quakers Hill and Seven Hills.

Police are searching for three men who are believed to have forced a 16-year-old boy to take off his clothes before he was attacked with a knife and robbed on a 20-minute train trip in Sydney’s west.

The incident occurred around 11:30pm on Friday night on a train travelling between Quakers Hill and Seven Hills in north-west Sydney.

It’s believed the teen was approached by three men as the train passed Marayong station.

The men produced a knife and demanded he strip down to his underwear before cutting his clothes and hair.

The Daily Mail reports that teen was assisted by another male on the train and helped him exit at Pendle Hill Railway Station. However, the three men continued to chase him.

Though his hair was cut, he wasn’t otherwise injured and was able to report what happened to police in Blacktown.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or who may have seen the men before or afterwards, to contact Crime Stoppers, 1800 333 000
