The Wild brothers went willingly to the police station on Friday, saying they wanted to clear their names.

Four men including two brothers who had gathered for a family reunion have been arrested over the alleged gang rape of a 14-year-old girl in the Victorian seaside town of Geelong.

News Ltd reports that the men are accused of abducting the girl from a park and taking her to the garage behind a nearby house, where she was held for more than an hour.

Brothers Kevin Andrew Wild, 28, of Olinda, and Allan Mark Wild, 29, of Mt Evelyn, have been charged with rape and abduction. Two other men – one from Perth and the other from the Gold Coast have been questioned by detectives but not yet charged.

The Wild brothers went willingly to the police station on Friday, saying they wanted to clear their names.

The court was told that Kevin Wild had instigated the attack, saying: “Without any warning, sort of quick as a flash, (Kevin Wild) picked up the young girl, kind of spun her around … had his way with her.”

Police said the girl’s 16-year-old male friend had tried to stop the men but he was kicked to the ground.
