It was the hit reno show that took the ’90s by storm, and Ten has announced Changing Rooms is returning 20 years later!

While the network is tight-lipped on who will be joining the show, Woman’s Day can exclusively reveal garden guru Jamie Durie, 48, is set to sit in the hot seat as host.

In this week’s Woman’s Day Uncensored episode, the Woman’s Day team reveal the latest from their royal sources – Is Princess Eugenie pregnant just four weeks before her wedding is due to take place?

Speaking of nuptials, prepare yourself for the world’s wackiest wedding that took place on the Sunshine Coast. A couple blew up thousands of balloons – and even wore some – to tie the knot!

Garden guru Jamie Durie is set to host the revived show.

“Ten has been road-testing Jamie on The Living Room with great feedback,” an insider says, adding that Barry Dubois, 58, will also have a role.

The original series was hosted by Suzie Wilks and Peter Everett, however neither are tipped to return.

Network Ten’s Chief Content Officer, Beverley McGarvey announced in an official statement, “Our new show will capture the essence and appeal of the original format and re-energise it, with strong storylines and more kitchen and bathroom reveals, which are proven favourites with Australian viewers.”

Changing Rooms proved that renovation could be more than informative: it could also be full of fun, big characters and tension. We cannot wait to bring our exciting new version to viewers.”
