Fitness entrepreneur Michelle Bridges has opened the doors to her luxury Southern Highlands homes, offering a rare look inside the property as she prepares to sell.

Located in the small village of Kangaloon, a short 20-minute drive from Bowral, the home boasts five bedrooms alongside and an in ground pool and tennis court that are complimented with a barn style double garage and additional loft bedroom.

The 52-year-old originally purchased the property for $2.7m in 2017 as a family home, outbidding celebrity chef Luke Mangan in the process.

And now, some five years later, the property has been listed for $5m.

Unfortunately for Michelle however, her country escape was passed in at its first auction mid-March, with bids failing to surpass $4.85m.

According to realestate.com.au there have been ambiguous price hopes with initial reports suggesting the property to be valued at $7m, but the private price guidance offered to buyers had been $6.5m.

A cosy couryard straight out of a fairytale.

The property boasts an open plan living arrangement, with sweeping views of the surrounding country available in most rooms courtesy of stylish floor to ceiling windows.

Tucked away in surrounding greenery, the cosy cottage does seem small from the inside, but is sizable enough on the inside to make this Kangaloon home the perfect country escape for families.

Its carefully curated gardens also feature established trees and vegetable gardens designed by landscape architect Michael Bligh.

Alongside the main house, the Kangaloon home also comes with a tennis court and swimming pool.

It is understood the Michelle is selling the property amid plans to head back to Sydney due to ”increased business commitments.”

Unfortunately for Michelle, with only three sales at Kangaloon in the last 12 months, ranging from $1.55m to $10.1m, she might be waiting a while yet for her country hideaway to sell.

Also unconfirmed is where Michelle will set up shop in Sydney, although it would come as no surprise if the fitness guru set up shop in the inner suburbs after being spotted working out in Rushcutters Park.

She previously lived in a $6m Potts Point unit alongside fellow celebrity personal trainer and ex-partner Steve ”Commando” Willis and their seven-year-old son Axel.
