“Sorry for sharing running stats, but this is a big moment for me,” she captioned the image. “Just did 7km non-stop for the first time post-babies and it felt REALLY, REALLY GOOD.”

She followed up her statistics post with a selfie of herself cooling down after the workout.

Sylvia also confessed to her followers that her journey hasn’t been easy.

“I’ve been plodding slowly, inconsistently and tbh self-consciously for the best part of three years… but FINALLY 16 months after my second babe it feels like I’m making some progress,” she shared.

“Big shout out to the other mums who are piecing themselves together.”

The mum-of-two gave birth to her youngest son Henry last year on April 7.

She broke the news on Instagram by writing: “Our gorgeous, healthy little boy makes us a family of four. His proud parents couldn’t be happier. His big brother is learning to be gentle. Big love all around.”

Sylvia’s husband and proud dad, Peter Stefanovic, also shared his own tribute to his newborn son: “The newest littlest member of our squad of four, led by my hero – @sylviajeffreys.”
