There’s nothing like the bond between siblings. Home and Away alum Sarah Roberts has proved she couldn’t be closer to her younger sister Lauren.
On Monday, the 37-year-old actress took to Instagram to share several sweet throwback photos of the pair from their childhood, and they could be mistaken for twins!
“Happy birthday to my beautiful inside and out sis,” Sarah wrote alongside the series of pics from the late ’80s and early ’90s.

(Image: Instagram)In one of the photos, Sarah and Lauren were dressed in matching nautical dresses with adorable bows in their hair. In another, the sisters gazed lovingly at each other while donning puffy silk gowns.
She also shared present-day pics of herself and Lauren hanging out on a sister-dinner-date and in a resort pool.
The sisters’ relationship became ever stronger after the passing of their older brother Karl in 2019.

In October 2020, Sarah shared a photo of herself and Lauren planting a kiss on Karl’s cheeks, penning: “Cheers to the big boss, the head honcho, the big squirt & (wait for this one…) the grand master (as he preferred to be referred to!)
“You would’ve been 46 today! We are all so grateful for you. I feel you beside me when beauty brightens, when kindness glows & when music echoes.
“Love and miss you like crazy everyday. #bigsquirt 🐳🎈,” the actress signed off the post.
The much-loved Home and Away alum, who is married to fellow Summer Bay star James Stewart, announced her brother’s death in October 2019.
“Three months ago today he walked me down the aisle and now he is walking with the angels. I’m left with a hole in my heart and 34 years of beautiful memories, growing up together as children into adults,” the actress said at the time.
