She had a rough trot in the first half of the year with her breakup with Sasha Mielczarek and her radio slump...
But Sam Frost is kicking off part two of 2017 with a bang!
The former Bachelorette is set for a new career high as she gears up to star in Australia's new cooking show Hell's Kitchen.
And her personal life is sizzling too. The 28-year-old seems to have confirmed she is dating her close “friend” Dave Bashford.
This weekend, the reality star shared a series of Instagram videos, showing the pair hanging out at her house.
In one clip, we see Dave chilling on her couch while she shows off her dinner, a delicious burger. In another, he's seen getting quite chummy with the other man in Sam's life - her dog Rocky.
Sam and Dave were first linked together on Australia Day, after snaps of them looking rather cosy, surfaced.
Since then the pair have been spotted together numerous times.
In May, the pair enjoyed a low-key date in Bondi - and they even wore matching outfits!
A source told Woman’s Day they saw them dining in Double Bay’s Brick Lane restaurant in February.
“They shared a kiss and Sam paid the bill.”
We chatted to Sam at the Logies, and she's definitely good at keeping everyone guessing.
"To be honest I can't even remember the last date I went on, it was a couple of months ago," she said at the time.
"At the moment I've just been single and doing my own thing. I bought my own house. I live with my brother and my dog. It's not my priority."
But what exactly is she looking for on the dating scene?
"It changes, I've evolved as a person. I'm 28 and as you go through relationships and you meet new people, your priorities change. I want someone who is fun and makes me laugh a lot. And it true to themselves."
Sam became a household name following her stint on The Bachelorette, where she fell in love with Sasha Mielczarek. The pair called it quits after 18 months.
Sash confessed, “Distance was mainly the reason."
Judging by the distance on Sam's couch, she's found the perfect new beau in Dave.
