After openly sharing that she wanted someone to join her in a singles bubble during Sydney’s endless lockdown, it seems Sam Frost’s dreams have come true.
According to a new report in the Sun-Herald‘s Emerald City column, the Home And Away star is dating Instant Hotel star and personal trainer Jay Bruno.
According to the publication, Jay moved from his home in Melbourne into Sam’s townhouse in Sydney’s inner west.
Source close to the rumoured new couple say their “their relationship has taken a romantic turn during lockdown”, however Sam told the outlet they’re “just friends” who are living together.
Over the weekend, the former Bachelorette star made an appearance on Jay’s Instagram story.
In the footage, she was filmed performing an interpretive dance while watching sport on the television.
If the rumours are true, then Jay is Sam’s first boyfriend since she split from on-off partner Dave Bashford.
Sam officially split from Dave in July last year but fuelled rumours of a romance reboot in February this year when she posted snaps from her “date night” out with Dave.
Speaking with TV WEEK in June, the 32-year-old spoke out about any speculation around her love life, and she set the record straight on rumours she was seeing someone.
Sam made an appearance on Jay’s Instagram account over the weekend.

Then in July, the reality-star-turned-actress got candid on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa‘s radio show about her relationship status; she told the radio hosts that she was single and joked about wanting a good-looking male celeb to make a “singles bubble during lockdown” with her.
One thing Sam and Jay already have in common is their shared reality TV history.
Jay appeared on season two of Instant Hotel in 2019 with his former girlfriend, model Leah Johnsen.
Jay has dabbled in reality TV, music and radio.
