Rose McGowan reveals sexiest audition note for Adam Sandler film: “Push up bras encouraged”

Actresses told to 'read the script' and 'wear a push up bra' to audition for upcoming film starring Adam Sandler.

While the movie execs interested in casting Rose McGowan for an upcoming movie made it no secret they wanted her to show off her chest the Charmed actress decided to vent her spleen instead.

McGowan, 41, showed off her fiery feminist streak on Twitter last week with a picture of a studio note for an upcoming audition.

She captioned the picture: “Casting note that came w/script I got today. For real. Name [sic] of male star rhymes with Madam Panhandler hahahahaha I die”

The picture was retweeted more than 2.6 thousand times.

After her thinly veiled dig at comedian Adam Sandler – the man responsible for such feminist classics as Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore – McGowan added another follow up tweet that read:

“I was insulted by the instructions to ‘read the script for context.’ Hahaha”

McGowan, who has nabbed major roles in cult films like Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez’s Grindhouse trilogy, was not alone in her outrage as many fans were itching to throw in their commentary.

Mitch Youngblood wrote: “Apparently ‘show up nekkid’ would have been too obvious.”

Matthew Coman wrote: “Do men ever get scripts telling them to enhance the size of their crotch?”

Well Matthew, probably not.

Just another day inside Hollywood’s casual sexism and institutional objectification of actresses on display we guess.
