A completely loved-up Kate posted this cute announcement to her Facebook page:
“TODAY IS our 4th wedding anniversary! This time last year we were celebrating in London, traveling the world.. Today I am in my pyjama’s, looking after our little creation and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
The former Home and Away star and Stuart welcomed their first child, baby daughter Mae, on the August 17, just two weeks after Kate celebrated her 36th birthday.

Kate and Stuart wed in September 2010 after getting engaged in 2009. Former Rugby League player Stuart proposed to Kate while the pair were on holiday in Europe together.

Kate also posted this selfie with Stuart along with images of the many goodies at her baby shower in the lead up to the birth.
