Karl Stefanovic met his future bride, Jasmine Yarborough in a chance encounter on a luxury cruise in 2016. Since then, the couple’s love story has seen them get engaged a year after taking their relationship public, vow to be together forever in a private commitment ceremony, plus attend countless events by each other’s sides.
Stepping out together to the 60th annual TV WEEK Logies awards on Sunday, Jasmine, 34, skipped the red carpet — though the couple posed up a storm together in their hotel room prior to the star-studded event — Karl however, did stop by to talk about the lady in his life.
They may have skipped out on red carpet snaps together, but Karl and Jasmine were snap-happy on Instagram before and during the Logies.
“First Logies with my poser,” Jasmine said on Instagram.
It was Jasmine’s first Logie awards and unsurpringly the blonde beauty had butterlfies.
“It’s great to have [Jasmine] here with me. She’s going to be in their waiting for us, so I’m going to go in and see her now. She’s excited and nervous. And it’s going to be a lot of fun.”
As for another of Karl’s leading ladies, former TODAY host Lisa Wilkinson, the father-of-three said he’d already caught up with her.
“I saw Lisa before!” Karl, 43, said when asked who he’s looking forward to seeing at the ceremony.
“She’s fantastic, she’s in great form. She’s always really good on Logies night.”
