They’ve only been dating for a few months, but things are clearly getting serious between Nadia Bartel’s ex-husband Jimmy Bartel and his new girlfriend Lauren Brand.
News of Jimmy and Nadia’s split went public in August and now new lovers Jimmy and Lauren have gone public with their relationship, with Lauren turning her Instagram off private and frequently posting photos of her man.
And today, she posted a brand new couple photo, alongside a gushy message, to commemorate Jimmy’s birthday.
“Happy Birthday JB, I love you ❤️ ,” Lauren captioned the image.

“Birthday boy!! HBD,” she also wrote on her Instagram stories.
(Instagram)This isn’t the first time Lauren has taken to Instagram to share details of her blossoming romance with Jimmy.
On October 12, she uploaded a couple pic of herself and the former AFL star while out and about in Melbourne.
The couple were snapped during a sweet moment together.

“So happy for you my darling Loz 💕,” one person wrote. “Good to see you guys happy & enjoying life👍😉” another said.
“Really happy for you, love that you have kept it classy 🙌🏼😘” another friend wrote.
And on Derby Day in November, Lauren reposted a photo Jimmy uploaded of his sons, Henley, 10 months, and Aston, three, while ex-wife Nadia was on hosting duties at Derby Day at Flemington, fronting Channel 10’s racing coverage.
“Having our own Derby,” Jimmy posted on his Instagram stories, while Lauren added: “You’re the most amazing dad. I admire you more and more everyday for the things you do for these boys!”

(Instagram)The Bartels split in August after Jimmy reportedly cheated on his wife with Lauren, during a trip to London.
Split rumours first started circulating after Nadia and Jimmy unfollowed each other on Instagram and were both spotted out and about without their wedding rings.
At the time, Nadia said she was “heartbroken” by the split.
“It’s been a very difficult month for me and the boys,” Nadia told The Herald Sun.
“Although I’m heartbroken, I don’t want to comment specifically on what’s been reported about Jim’s trip to the UK as I don’t think that is in anyone’s interests,” she said, referring to reports that Jimmy travelled to London to be with Lauren, who was based in the UK capital.
“My single focus now is to continue to protect, care and provide for my two beautiful boys as this is a personal matter. I am so thankful for my very supportive family and friends.”

Jimmy also addressed the split in August and has not denied the cheating allegations.
“It’s not great, but I am probably not going to provide any commentary on it,” he told Melbourne radio station 3AW.
“I know I am in the public eye and people are interested, but it is a private matter and I ask for a bit of respect because obviously Nadia and the boys (are) involved.
“I still enjoy coming to work and I love working with everybody in football. I love the game so I can’t see why I wouldn’t keep showing up for work.”
