Entertainment Tonight reportsthe actor is expecting his second child with TV producer Anna Eberstein. It will be his fourth child in four years.
Grant became a father for the first time in September 2011, when on/off lover Tinglan Hong gave birth to a little girl named Tabitha.
In 2012 he met Eberstein and she became pregnant with their son, John Mungo, but before the baby was born, he got Tinglan pregnant again. She later gave birth to his third child, son Felix.
