A biographer for the Kardashians has claimed Caitlyn Jenner is regretting changing from male to female and is looking to “detransition”.
The explosive claims were made by writer Ian Halperin, who says he got the information from multiple sources close to the star.
According to statements he made to The Wrap, many people have confided in him that the 66-year-old is considering the transition back to Bruce “in the next couple years.”
“One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of ‘sex change regret’, hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner,” Ian confessed to the publication.
He said he uncovered the information while interviewing people for his book Kardashian Dynasty: The Controversial Rise of America’s Royal Family. He claims several sources mentioned to him how unhappy Caitlyn was.
Ian claims the main reason for this sudden about-face is love. “She’s still into women and wants to meet the right one,” the biographer told The Wrap.

But a rep for the Olympic champ shot down the rumours quick smart. “It’s not worth commenting on such an idiotic report,” the representative said.
Still, the writer seems convinced Caitlyn is not as happy as she makes out to be.

“She’s thrilled she has raised awareness about how transgender people have long been discriminated against but I think there’s a chance she’ll detransition in the next couple years,” he said.
“I don’t think it would surprise anyone in her inner circle. It has been much harder than she anticipated. My heart goes out to her and I know true friends will be there to support her on whatever path she chooses.”
