Following their romantic country wedding last month, David is preparing for a long six-weeks away from his partner and daughter.
There’s no doubt Candice is a tough lady, she’s a professional Iron Woman after all, but even she will find it difficult spending time apart from her new husband.
The dad-of-one couldn’t help but gush about how fortunate he was to have his loved ones, taking to Instagram on Tuesday evening the cricketer posted a photo of his beautiful wife and their 6-month-old daughter, Ivy Mae.
He wrote: “6 weeks without these two loves of my life is going to be tough,”
The 28-year-old father of one then joked, “but we think of the positives in life. For me sleep and Candice headache free haha. Love you both.”
David will be at the IPL tournament, a 20/20 competition in India bating for Australia.
Woman’s Day was lucky enough to witness Dave and Candice affirm their love when they tied the knot in April and it’s clear how strong this couple truly are.
