A touching farewell: Angus Hawley’s memorial service to be held at Taronga Zoo

The father of Antonia Kidman’s children will be farewelled in a private ceremony next week at Sydney’s iconic Taronga Zoo.

The Telegraph’s Sydney Confidential reports that the businessman will be cremated on Tuesday with a memorial service for extended family and friends to follow at the stunning Sydney zoo where he completed extensive fundraising work.

Angus and his second wife Prue Fisher were active wildlife conservationists and served as Executive Patrons of Targona Zoo.

There are further plans for friends to remember the father of four at the Royal Sydney Golf Club.

Angus died on Saturday from a suspected heart attack during a business trip in New York, aged only 46.

His body is expected to arrive in Sydney today ahead of the Tuesday service.

Antonia Kidman and her four children with the respected businessman , Lucia, 17, Hamish, 14, James, 12, and Sybella, 7 are believed to have jetted in to Sydney from their Singapore base.

His children will be facing their second tragic loss in less than a year after they farewelled their grandfather, Antony Kidman, just seven months ago.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have also flown into Sydney as support for their nieces, nephews and Antonia.
