There’s no denying Margot Robbie oozes confidence, and rightly so – she’s built a glowing portfolio from scratch, starred in a number of globally renowned films, and she’s been nominated twice for an Oscar to boot.

Not bad for someone under the age of 30.

But in a recent interview, the Queensland-born beauty, who now resides in LA, went one step further and extended a rather bold invitation for two of the world’s most famous people – and we love her even more for it.

Speaking to The Sun, Margot spoke about moving from London to LA in order to further her acting career.

Of course, while on the topic of relocating from the UK, the conversation turned to two of its most renowned former residents – Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The actress spoke about the pair’s decision to step back from their duties and set up a new base in Canada.

Confirming that she and Prince Harry have been friends for a long time, the actress said: “He is a really great guy… I know as much as anybody what a big decision it is to move halfway across the world.”

She continued: “I still miss London a lot but I had my reasons for moving and they have their reasons for the decision.”

Margot then went further, sharing the bold invite: “If they are going to spend more time in LA, we would love to have dinner with them.”

While many might think it would be a little far-fetched to think Harry and Meghan would casually turn up for dinner with the actress, it’s actually not that far-fetched.

As Margot mentioned, she and Harry have been pals for some time, with the pair even being pictured together a few years ago when the pair attended a Christmas party in London.

Margot has elaborated that she hadn’t realised Prince Harry was at the event until the last minute, joking to Jimmy Fallon that he was “really offended”.

“He wasn’t wearing a crown though! Like, I don’t know it’s a prince!” she said.

The pair later became good friends, with the actress even admitting that they texted often.

“He’s pretty quick on text actually,” she told Hello! in 2016, before adding: “Unlike me – I write back four days later, weeks later sometimes.”

So with this clear cut friendship between the pair in mind, we’re betting that Meghan and Harry might well take the actress up on her dinner party offer.

It has also been reported that the royal couple will be spending time in Los Angeles in the coming months, especially while the summer weather provides the goods.

The fact that Meghan Markle’s mum, Doria Ragland, also lives in LA will no doubt make visits to the city much more appealing.

Who knows, perhaps we’ll soon see a sneaky Instagram story from Margot with two very important visitors…
