In exciting news, James Stewart and his girlfriend Sarah Roberts are getting married!
The happy couple who found love on set of Home and Away confirmed that they became engaged on November 30 at the same location where the lovebirds had their first date, aww!

Speaking to New Idea, Sarah, who reportedly started dating James in October 2017, confesses she thought it was a bracelet for her December 4 birthday when the jewellery box came out, but James’ nerves made her a bit more suspicious.
James also confessed that he’d been planning the proposal for six months and enlisted the help of daughter Scout, whom he shares with his ex, Jessica Marais.
“[My daughter] Scout is watching movies with princesses marrying princes, so it was a gag for a long time where she’d say, ‘When are you going to do that? You better do it quick dad! You’re going to lose her!’ And one day I was like, ‘Do it!’ So I spoke to my mum and she was like, ‘why the…haven’t you done it yet?!'”
Just a few days before their announcement, Sarah also shared a cute snap of the two sharing a smooch, presumably at the Home and Away Christmas party. And that sneaky couple were engaged without us even knowing!

On Monday afternoon, James also shared a sweet snap of his fiance on social media flashing a smile and her brand new engagement ring with the caption, “She said Yes. ✨💍✨”
Sarah also took to Instagram to share her delight captioning a festive picture of her and James standing under mistletoe, “If you look for it, I’ve got a sneaky feeling that love actually is all around. I get to keep him forever. ❤️ #fiance.”

James was formerly engaged to his Packed To The Rafters co-star Jessica Marais, but called it quits in 2015 after six years together. Despite the break up, James and Jess have always made Scout a priority and continue to co-parent in harmony.
“Once you realise it’s about Scout, everything’s easy,” he told Sunday Style in 2017.
“Jess and I have nothing to hide. I think dignity is the key. We are both out for each other’s best interests.”

In May, the former couple came together with James’ partner Sarah and Jess’s boyfriend Jake Holly to celebrate Scout’s sixth birthday with a Michael Jackson-themed party which James shared on Instagram.
