Casey Donovan, season 3

The former Australian Idol winner benefited from her time in the jungle in a big way. Not only did the singer and actress win season three of I’m A Celebrity, she lost a whopping 17 kilos while in South Africa! It’s safe to say Australia fell in love with Casey all over again.

Fiona O’Loughlin, season four

The comedian and mother-of-five has well and truly stolen our hearts this season. Her lack of filter and openness about her past is refreshing to watch. Not to mention her adopting the role of Cupid and playing matchmaker to Simone Holtznagel and Josh Gibson.

Lauren and Barry, season one

Back in season one, former Hi-5 star Lauren Brant and AFL legend Barry Hall were on the show together. They became close, but grew even closer afterwards. Fast-forward to today and the pair are proud parents to baby boy Miller. Now that’s jungle love.

Steve Price, season three

The Project co-host is known as a grumpy old conservative who loves to rock the boat. But in the South African jungle, Steve Price was actually… nice? We loved watching his friendship with comedian Nazeem Hussain blossom.

Tom Arnold, season three

The jungle isn’t kind to everyone. US comedian and sitcom star Tom Arnold was an A-grade flop last year. He mostly sat on his bed and looked bored out of his mind. Not surprisingly, he was the first to be evicted from the show.

Tziporah Malkah, season three

Formerly known as Kate Fischer, Tziporah entered the jungle last year on a wave of publicity. But once she arrived, Tziporah was more like Tzi-bore-ah. After clashing with everyone, the 43-year-old left the jungle and faded back into obscurity.
