The Bachelor‘s ultimate lovebirds, Anna Heinrich and Tim Robards, have hinted heavily that kids might be the next big step for them.

The pair were a done deal from day one on the first season of Bachie in 2013, where Anna, a lawyer, and Tim, a fitness guru, hit it off immediately.

They quickly captured hearts across Australia for their undeniable chemistry on the show, with many predicting that Anna would be the winner long before the season finale.

After a heavenly Italian wedding in 2018, rumours have been rife that a baby might be next on the cards for the pair.

Now, it seems like the rumours may well turn into a reality.

In a new interview with The Daily Telegraph, Anna opened up about the prospect of kids, explaining that it was “something we are both very keen on.”

“It has always been on our mind but we are getting older, not that we are old but we want to have hopefully more than one kid,” she said.

Babies have always been on the agenda for the pair.

Tim is now a regular character on Melbourne-based TV soap Neighbours, while Anna still lives in Sydney, having just appeared in another television show, Trial By Kyle.

And despite doing long distance, the pair are still making it work.

“People think its an issue but it’s not,” Anna told Now To Love in a previous interview.

“[Tim] comes back every weekend and we speak to each other four to five times a day. It’s really not an issue and I think it’s only an issue if you want to make it an issue.”

She said the best way she and Tim could deal with it was to just “roll with it and do what you can”.

“I’m not going to sit at home and be upset about it, I’m going to be happy that he’s doing what he loves to do, and I’m doing what I love to do.”

And it seems the next big step for the couple could well involve the pitter patter of tiny feet.

In fact, in another interview in early 2019, Anna admitted that the pair would “probably be towards the end of this year”.

“A family has always been part of our life plan,” she told the Telegraph.

While nothing is yet confirmed, there’s one thing we know for sure – it’ll be one very genetically blessed baby.
