In a glorious, long-awaited moment, Olivia Newton-John has made a dazzling return to the stage alongside a slew of international artists in Sydney’s Fire Fight Australia concert.

Held on Sunday, February 16, the relief concert made history for its incredible line up, which included Queen (fronted by Adam Lambert), Delta Goodrem, Guy Sebastian and, of course, Olivia.

The concert attracted crowds in the thousands, with more than $9 million being donated towards the bush fire appeal over the evening.

The charity concert attracted tens of thousands of fans.

Joining Olivia on the stage was John Farnham, who performed a gorgeous duet with Olivia.

And it was like no time had passed between the pair – they thrilled the crowd with their rendition of Two Strong Hearts.

Dressed in a gorgeous wide-sleeved floral wrap and denim jeans, Olivia was absolutely glowing. What a moment!

Olivia and John nailed their duet.

The Grease star was back in her element.

Hosting the event was Celeste Barber, who single-handedly managed to raise $52 million herself when the fires were at their worst over the Christmas break.

The Aussie comedian hyped the crowd with her ever-enthusiastic presence. She also became emotional at one point as she thanked the fire fighters who had volunteered to help fight the devastating fires.

“Our volunteers across this entire country, they are the ones who saved us,” she said.

“You will never know how grateful we are.”

Also rocking the stage (quite literally!) was the 2020 model Queen, performing some of their most well-loved songs including Bohemian Rhapsody.

The moment was historic in itself, given that the band had performed that same song at the 1985 Live Aid concert – an incredible thrill for all in the audience.

Fronted by Adam Lambert, the 2020 Queen model well and truly delivered.

Also among the slew of standout performers was Delta Goodrem, who took to Instagram to share a video of her time on stage.

“Such a powerful and emotional day,” she wrote, alongside a clip of her stirring performance.

“Thank you to everyone who came, played and made @firefightaustralia possible to raise much needed funds 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Our country has a huge recovery ahead and we are very grateful for the support from everyone all over the world.”
