Fifi Box has broken her silence on the death of her daughter Trixie Box’s half-sister, Jaimi Kenny, taking to Instagram to pay tribute to the late 33-year-old while shining a light on their special bond.

On Wednesday evening Fifi, who shares seven-year-old daughter Trixie with Jaimi’s father, former ironman Grant Kenny, uploaded a slew of never-before-seen photos of the sisters to accompany her poignant tribute.

“The loss of such a beautiful loving sister and friend is suffocating. We laughed, we cried, we shared so many wonderful memories that I will keep alive for Trixie who loved her big sister so much, her little heart is broken,” Fifi said.

“You loved Trixie with all your heart and she felt every inch of your love.”

“With every tight squeezy cuddle your love poured into her. We were so blessed to have you in our lives. You were such a true and loyal friend, we love you so much and can’t bear the pain of you not being here 💔.”

In the snaps, Trixie and Jaimi’s bond is clear to see with the doting 33-year-old a constant fixture in her younger sibling’s life.

The mother-of-two’s beautiful dedication was soon inundated with messages of condolence from her well-known friends.

“I remember meeting her and being so enchanted. An ethereal presence. Huge condolences to you Fi and all who loved her. Xxxx,” radio star Chrissie Swan penned.

Jaimi would often help Fifi with babysitting duties.

KIIS FM‘s Jackie O added: “Thinking of you Fifi. ❤️”

On Monday September 14, Lisa Curry and Grant Kenny confirmed their beloved oldest child Jaimi Lee Curry Kenny had passed away following a private battle with a long-term illness.

The family are choosing not to disclose the exact nature of Jaimi’s illness.

Earlier in the week, Fifi pulled out of her popular radio show following the tragic news of Jaimi’s death.

Over the years, Sunshine Coast-based Jaimi was often pictured spending time with her half-sister and Fifi in their hometown of Melbourne. It’s also believed she helped Fifi out with babysitting duties.

In 2016, after fevered speculation, Fifi and Grant finally confirmed what was long suspected – that he was the father of Trixie.

Fifi and Grant secretly dated in 2012 but broke up just before the presenter revealed she was pregnant with her first child. Fifi is also the mother to one-year-old Daisy, who she welcomed via IVF and an anonymous sperm donor.

Jaimi is survived by her parents Lisa Curry, 58, Grant Kenny, 57, younger sister Morgan and younger brother Jett.
