As Kate Middleton describes it, "Wimbledon is a quintessential part of the English summer."
And guys, the sun is shining bright, the Pimm's is flowing and it's time for some good-old fashioned tennis!
As Wimbledon 2019 kicks off, anticipation for a revered royal sighting is at an all time high.
And already here to thrill us was none other than Duchess Catherine herself, who stepped out on day two of the tournament in a heavenly white shirt dress designed by London based-boutique Suzannah.
The stunning mum-of-three put on an animated display as she watched the nail-biting game between Angelique Kerber and Tatjana Maria in the first round of the ladies singles.
The rumour mill is also awash with excitable whispers that Duchess Meghan might also pay the Wimbledon grounds a visit over the coming days. While she's technically still on maternity leave, it's been widely touted that she's planning to catch her long-time pal Serena Williams play in the prestigious tournament.
